ART: Snape tattoo design
Hi, guys! Thanks to everyone for friending me. The very generous and lovely [info]gwionfawyr has bought me a "permanently insane" IJ account ♥, so I can now friend you all back. Please be patient, as there are quite a few of you!! :D

Wow, so this is my first art post on InsaneJournal. :D Although this drawing is very very innocent and G-rated, I've made the decision not to post any more artwork on Livejournal (though I will be cross-linking). All my old art will be reposted here as back-up storage when I have mustered up the stamina to tackle such a task. Ergh.

Anyway!

Notes: This is a tattoo design I drew for [info]painless_j, she wanted a simple portrait of our dear professor in his teaching robes. I've never designed a tattoo before, so I'm worried I put in too much detail. But I've been assured it's ok, hehe.



In other news, I was nominated in the Stargate Fan Awards!!!! For this picture of Daniel Jackson (wearing his bandana!!) that [info]saturn92103 commissioned me for! Omg!! Whoever nominated me (if you see this post) THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I'm so unbearably flattered and honoured. ♥ Thank you. :D

That's STUNNING. I'm not one to want a tattoo -- two years from now, I might not care about what I have on my skin! But this has a variety of interpretations; it's not like a butterfly or even like "Snape" -- it stands on its own.

~ Wymsie on LJ, JF & GJ. I still mostly hang at LJ and the others are my backups. There's so much wankery going on that I've decided not to have a paid account at LJ, but leaving completely is probably not possible. How do you like IJ? I really want just one back up choice but it's so hard to decide. I just want to be where fandom is going. heh

Oh kick ass!!! You could sell your soul through commissions to design tatoos. (might look you back up for that, actually) I love his tentacles/roots/noodly appendages on the edge of his robes.

How lovely on both parts!
I love how the ends of Snape's cloak remind me of tree roots. Also, BACK, IT'S A BACK :D His profile is delicious, and everything is so sharp and clean. Kudos!

I remember that portrait. You do right by Danny every time. *gargle* I was nominated too, which is completely wacky and unexpected and flattering beyond belief. *giddy for us both*
